Sound Bowl Therapy
and
Sound Bath (Sound Bowl Relaxation)
Hi!
Yesterday you asked about the effects of sound bowl therapy. I didn't remember or couldn't put the connection together, but last week I woke up in the morning after the sound bowl treatment feeling cheerful, and this morning too 😊 I often feel groggy in the mornings.

After the treatment, I felt really relaxed and somehow empowered. In the evening already in the sauna, I felt tired, so total that when I got to bed I slept in the same position for 8 hours. Thanks! You can take care of it again.

As a nurse, you are absolutely wonderful, gentle and safe. Trust in you is born easily and I immediately felt that I can be myself here, exactly as I am that day.
It's great that you've started doing this - I'm sure I'll come again many times! Thank you Jana!

Sound bowls as a tool for relaxation
Do you crave a break from everyday life? A moment of rest amidst the rush?
Time for yourself instead of constant striving?
I welcome you to a relaxing sound bowl therapy session or sound bath.
In sound bowl therapy, you can let go of everything in your daily life. Choose a comfortable position on the treatment table, wrap yourself in a blanket in the soft light, and close your eyes. You are safe, right here in this moment. I will guide you into relaxation with the gentle tones of sound bowls, playing them both on and near your body. This therapy introduces you to the power of sound and vibration, carrying you to a state between wakefulness and sleep.
In a sound bath, or sound bowl relaxation, you can experience a soothing moment in a group of two to four people. You’ll recline comfortably on the floor, using pillows and blankets to make yourself cozy. I will guide you into relaxation with spoken words before playing sound bowls and other instruments around the room and at the back of the space. The soundscape creates a sense of safety and guides you into a gentle, deeply relaxed state.
Who is it suitable for?
Sound baths are also suitable for those who are pregnant or those for whom sound bowl therapy is not recommended (e.g., people with pacemakers, high blood clot risk, or undergoing active cancer treatment).
Take a moment for yourself and book it here.
