Our well-being depends on many things. Sometimes, negative energy can accumulate in our energy centers, or chakras, for example from the environment, the chakras can be blocked, overactive, or otherwise not functioning properly. In chakra cleansing, I go through the 7 main chakras or energy centers in the body with sound bowls. I play sound bowls in the energy field of the body, I listen to the sound of the bowls and the energy flows that I feel in my hands and with that the state of the chakras. If there is blocked or bad energy in the chakra, I clean it out with the help of a sound bowl. After that, I channeled pure, new energy into the chakra. If necessary, I also balance the chakras. When the energy flows freely, the body and mind feel better again. Welcome to relax to the gentle sound of the sound bowls! Chakra cleansing is done lying down on the treatment table. Reserve comfortable clothes and 45 minutes of time for the treatment (incl. initial and final discussion). The cleaning itself takes about 30 minutes.
