Well-being personnel is the most important asset of every company. When personnel feel good, they reflect positive energy around them as well.

We can tailor the well-being day to the needs of your own company. We can also learn about the effects of well-being, such as taking a break, learn stress-relieving exercises suitable for the middle of the working day, and enjoy relaxing and energizing treatments.

The Prosperity Day program can be implemented in Inari municipality and Utsjoki area, other areas with a separate agreement.

A Moment of Wellness- Insightful moments around well-being issues

Let's spend a moment together, stopping to think about our own well-being. The topics I'm talking about can be tailored exactly according to your own needs. Is it relevant right now to discuss, for example, recovery, relaxation or a break from the working day? Does the work involve a lot of sitting or standing?

The workshops I hold are insightful and interactive moments that offer each participant new ideas and ways of working for their everyday life.

These moments are not a numbing rant, but we dive into thinking about things in a concrete and practical way. So that everyone has an insight after the session that promotes their own well-being.

Relaxed and gentle movement

Let's find a gentle and accepting way to get the body moving together. The exercises focus on mobilizing the breathing muscles and being present in your own body. Relaxed movement helps you calm down and strengthen your own body-mind connection.

We can also combine restorative yoga, which is a moment of rest for the body and mind. Yoga includes a conscious moment of rest, where through the relaxation of the body, the mind can also let go of worries and thoughts.

The exercises are suitable for all levels and practice the skill of presence.

Singing bowl or drum relaxation

In singing bowl therapy, we can let go of everything from everyday life and stop to enjoy this very moment. I lead you to relax with the gentle sound of the bowls, which takes you deeper, to the borderlands of waking and sleep.

In drum relaxation, we calm our mind and body to the rhythm of ancient drumming, the heartbeat of mother earth. The sound of the drum soothes, the mind can rest and be free from the flood of constant thoughts.

Treatments can also be combined using both instruments. Both singing bowl and drum relaxation can be done both outdoors and indoors. You need a mat to lye on and a blanket to snuggle up in.

When we are relaxed, we feel refreshed, we think more clearly and we are better able to be present in this moment.
