Cancellation Fees

If you cancel your participation less than 7 days before the course begins, you will be liable for the full course fee unless we find another participant to take your place. This is because it is difficult to find a replacement so close to the start date. You are, of course, welcome to find a replacement participant yourself.

A cancellation is considered effective once the cancellation notice is received via email at janna@mielensopusointu.fi.

If participation is not cancelled and the participant fails to attend, the full participation fee will be charged.

In the event of sudden illness, participation may be transferred to the next available course.

Transferring Your Spot to Another Person

You have the right to transfer your spot to another person at any time before the course begins. Please notify us of the change of participant without delay. In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged.
I will also assist in finding a replacement participant whenever possible. However, you remain responsible for the participation fee until the transfer of the spot has been agreed upon.

Course Cancellation

If I am unable to hold the course due to my own illness or injury, the serious illness, injury, or death of a close relative, or any other unexpected reason (so-called *force majeure* situations), I will notify you of the cancellation immediately upon the impediment arising.

Naturally, no fees will be charged in cases where I have to cancel the retreat myself. Online Course Cancellation Policy

An order confirmation will be sent via email.

Upon purchasing the online course, the customer logs into the site, and the course content becomes available immediately.

The courses are accessible immediately after purchase; there is no right of cancellation, as the delivery of content begins right away. There is no right of cancellation for online materials, as the customer gains immediate access to the digital product.

By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that the right of cancellation for digital products ceases the moment the purchase is made. If you do not accept these terms, you should not proceed with the purchase.
