 The yoga bolster is filled with ecological, long-lasting buckwheat husks. Buckwheat husks make the bolster firm but still very malleable. The husk is also an airy, cool material.

 The amount of chaff filling is easy to adjust through the zipper opening in the inner bag.

 When the filling reaches the end of its useful life, it can be recycled in compost or reused, for example as a cover in the garden or as a pot cover for potted plants.


 The yoga bolster has a handle at the end that makes it easier to carry and move.
 The cover is closed by pulling the ribbon. This makes it easy to adjust the firmness of the cushion even during exercise; by opening the ribbon, you can make the cushion longer and softer, by closing the ribbon, the cushion is firm and firm.

 cotton, recycled material or textile industry surplus. The zipper at the end of the pillow makes it easy to empty and fill and allows you to adjust the amount of filling, making the pillow just right for your needs.

 Food-grade, European buckwheat chaff.

 Because the pillow is made from leftover pieces from other sewing, the size of the pillow may vary slightly.

 Washing:
 The cover can be washed at 40 -60 degrees with similar colors. No fabric softener, no tumble dryer. Iron inside out with three points.
 The inner cushion can be washed empty at 60 degrees.
