This rectangular yoga bolster is a multi-purpose aid for yoga, meditation, and restorative yoga.

 Due to its large size, this bolster is suitable for support under the back during openings or under the knees to relax the lower back. Try this yoga bolster also transversely under the back, for example during viparita karana or backbends.

 Thanks to its flexibility, this yoga cushion is also perfect as a large and flat sitting cushion, or if you need more of a platform for meditation, for example, you can fold the cushion in half and get a higher meditation cushion from the bolster. The perfect cushion for restorative yoga too!

 Both the cover and the inner cushion have a zipper, making it easy to remove the cover for washing. The zipper on the inner cushion allows you to adjust the filling level and flexibility of the bolster to suit you.

 cotton, recycled material or surplus from the textile industry.
 The zipper at the end of the pillow makes it easy to empty and fill, and allows you to adjust the amount of filling, making the pillow just right for your needs.

 Food-grade, European buckwheat chaff.

 Because the pillow is made from leftover pieces from other sewing, the size of the pillow may vary slightly.

 Washing:
 The cover can be washed at 40 -60 degrees with similar colors. No fabric softener, no tumble dryer. Iron inside out with three points.
 The inner cushion can be washed empty at 60 degrees.
