Service Description
The well-being compass is for you who want to stop at your own well-being and find the most suitable way for you to relax, recover and balance your body and mind. This individual meeting is intended as a first meeting for you, who may not have visited me before, or you do not know which service would be most suitable right now. Through discussion and gentle experimentation, we map out your needs and wishes, so that together we can find the approach that best suits you. During the visit, I can combine different methods, such as relaxation, breathing exercises or sound therapy, so that together we can find a path forward that is just right for you. This is the perfect way to start the journey towards a more peaceful and balanced life - at your own pace. The visit lasts about 75 minutes and includes personal support as well as guidance and relaxation, which allows you to get to know the effects of the services in practice.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made no later than 12 hours before the reserved time. For retreats, please read the cancellation conditions mentioned in Eriksen carefully before making a reservation. Uncancelled visits will be charged in full.
