Christmas season is wonderful, but it can also be full of stress and rush.

Gifts, cleaning, schedules and other preparations weigh on you - it feels like you don't have a moment to breathe. Maybe you notice that you are completely exhausted in the evenings, even though there are still all kinds of things to do.

At this point, the body and mind only need one thing - to stop and rest.

That 's what I offer you Calm down for Christmas - in a moment of relaxation. It gives you the opportunity to take a breather in the midst of all the hustle and bustle and take time just for yourself. Soft carpets and blankets, soothing scents, and a gentle atmosphere take you away from the whirlwind of everyday life. You can rest and enjoy with all your senses.

Rest yoga or the chords of sound bowls?

You can choose to relax either with restorative yoga, where the body rests supported in completely relaxed positions, or accompanied by the chords of sound bowls, which calm the nervous system and mind.

When you stop for a moment, you will notice how the stress and rush subside. This moment leaves you calm and renewed – the body is rested and the mind is cleared. Christmas plans no longer feel so burdensome, but you can face them with a calmer mind and new energy.

The moment of relaxation ends with Christmas tea or warm mulled wine, where you can enjoy the silence or share your experience with other participants.

A little Christmas with a group of friends or colleagues?

The service is available both for private groups (for example work groups or groups of friends) and as open groups for which you can book a place.
