A gentle presence retreat day is a gentle break from your daily routines. Time to do things that excite you, bring you joy and make you feel alive.
The gentle presence retreat offers the opportunity to experience the benefits of the retreat in your own familiar surroundings. The day is planned in such a way that you can enjoy it at home or in another place of your choice.
Finally give your body permission to tell its story – because you deserve to live a life that feels like you, right this moment.
Registration and price
The gentle presence day retreat is a 5-hour retreat that is conducted online.
About 2 hours of the time is shared time (1 hour at the beginning and 1 hour at the end). In the time between that, you can do tasks, rest or use your time to do things that inspire you. The choice is entirely yours!
The price of the gentle presence retreat day is €55. The price includes 2 hours of guidance and advance material.

Advance material and a more detailed program of the day retreat will be sent to the email address you provided upon registration about a week before the start of the retreat.
The common meetings of the retreat are on the Zoom platform.
