Yesterday you asked about the effects of sound bowl therapy. I didn't remember or couldn't put the connection together, but last week I woke up in the morning after the sound bowl treatment feeling cheerful, and this morning too 😊 I often feel groggy in the mornings.

After the treatment, I felt really relaxed and somehow empowered. In the evening already in the sauna, I felt tired, so total that when I got to bed I slept in the same position for 8 hours. Thanks! You can take care of it again.
