Restorative yoga - conscious rest
The lesson was gentle and you made sure that I found a good and relaxed position for each move. The positions were also really well chosen to suit my current situation.
You teach wonderfully gently and calmly, and with you it is always very safe to be jyourself.
All in all, thank you, thank you and thank you lovely Janna ❤️ Yoga will definitely go with me in the future.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is a relaxation practice and deep, conscious rest that supports the well-being of your body, mind, and soul.
In the session, you’ll rest in comfortable positions supported by pillows, blankets, and yoga blocks. The goal is not to stretch the body but to support it so well that you can release tension. When the body relaxes, the mind soon follows.
Restorative yoga cultivates a mindful and accepting connection with your body and mind. Each pose is held in soft lighting for 5–30 minutes, giving you a moment of peace amidst the rush of everyday life.
Who can benefit from restorative yoga?
This practice is especially helpful if you experience:

-
Insomnia

Anxiety
-
Menopausal symptoms
Restorative yoga is suitable for everyone, and in one-on-one guidance, the poses are tailored to your specific needs. You’ll also receive tips for continuing the practice at home.
