Miele's Sopusointu relaxation training is intended for those of you who long for peace in the midst of busy everyday life and want to find a balance between your body and mind. The 1-month coaching includes 4 weekly Zoom meetings of 60-75 minutes, during which we do exercises in a group to increase body awareness, and you also get tips for exercises and reflections to be done during the week. Dates of remote meetings 7.5. / 14.5. / 21.5. / 28.5. from 6:30 p.m. These will also be recorded if you can't make it. These weekly meetings also provide you with an opportunity to share your experiences and receive support on your journey to mental harmony. A recording of the meetings is also available for a week, unless you can attend. In order to benefit from the training optimally, set aside 10-15 minutes each day for doing exercises and reflections. By committing to this use of time, you will get visible results in your everyday life and your mood during coaching. This 1-month training is best suited for you who don't want to commit for a longer period of time, but take with you the exercises that suit you from this great package.
