This course offers you the opportunity to do just that: in small steps, with grace and giving you the opportunity to rediscover yourself. The course includes a comprehensive PDF guide, which you can download in its entirety for yourself at the end of the course. The course also has reflection tasks, presence and relaxation exercises, 6 recordings and 4 videoed exercises. The course price also includes one 60 min remote meeting on Zoom with me, so we can focus more on current issues for you. Course content per week: 1. Introduction to the principles of the nervous system and the state of your own nervous system 2. How does a state of safety arise? 3. The importance of movement as a balancer for the nervous system 4. Breathing and presence 5. The effect of touch and self-compassion on the experience of safety 6. Strengthening safety in everyday life The course will introduce you to the states of your nervous system and help you find ways to regulate your nervous system's alertness that work for you right now.
