Have you always wanted to explore the world of crystals – but don’t know where to start? Or maybe you’ve already used crystals to some extent and are looking for new inspiration and experience? This evening is an invitation to stop and dive into the gentle, beautiful energy of crystals. What does the evening include? At the beginning of the evening, we will tune into a peaceful atmosphere with a short breathing exercise. After that, you will: learn the basics of using crystals: how they can support your well-being and everyday life learn about the body’s energy centers, chakras, and how crystals are connected to them have the opportunity to build your own crystal mandala that strengthens the energy you need right now A crystal mandala is like a small symbol of power – it is created by your hands, guided by your intuition. This evening is also a moment of respite, where you can settle into peace, open your senses and let the crystals call you. You don’t need to have any prior knowledge – just come with an open mind. What will you bring with you? At the end of the evening, you will choose your own crystal (value €6–8) to take home with you. It can be a small reminder of this evening, but also support and security for the days to come.
