The state of nervous safety is not just a theory - it is a skill that you can strengthen with your own actions. This course offers you the opportunity to do just that: in small steps, with grace and giving you the opportunity to rediscover yourself. The course includes a comprehensive PDF guide, which you can download in its entirety for yourself at the end of the course. The course also has reflection tasks, presence and relaxation exercises, 6 recordings and 4 videoed exercises. The course price also includes one 60 min remote meeting with me on Zoom, where we can focus more on current issues for you. Course content per week: 1. Introductory webinar and introduction to the principles of the nervous system and the state of your own nervous system 2. How does a state of safety arise? 3. How does the past affect the state of nervous safety? 4. Automatic behaviors and change 5. The importance of movement as a balancer for the nervous system 6. Breathing and presence 7. The impact of touch and self-compassion on the experience of safety 8. Relationships as an enabler of a safe state 9. Setting your own boundaries 10. Strengthening safety in everyday life The course will introduce you to the states of your nervous system and help you find ways to regulate your nervous system that work for you in this moment. The state of safety does not ask if you are calm or ready enough — it welcomes you exactly as you are, and leads you back to the safety of your own body and mind. The course material is available to you for 12 months from the start.
