Safe space exercises for the nervous system
A state of safety is not just a feeling – it is a skill that can be strengthened

The state of nervous system security is not just theory – it is a skill that can be strengthened through your own actions, in small steps.
This course offers the opportunity to do just that: listen to your own body, regulate your nervous system, and deepen your self-awareness.

 

The course is suitable for you if you are sensitive to stress, are overwhelmed by stress reactions, or want to find ways to calm down in the midst of everyday life. It is particularly good for supporting recovery from stressful life situations, exhaustion, or nervous overexcitation.

 

The course includes a PDF guide as well as audio exercises, videos, and 60 minutes of individual instruction, depending on your choice.

Harmony of Mind

gentle relaxation course

Rest is not a luxury – it is the foundation of balance

Does it feel like your mind is racing, your body is forgetting to breathe, or the stress of everyday life is piling up?
The Mind Harmony course offers a soft stop: a space where you can relax, become quiet, and return to yourself.

 

The coaching focuses on calming the nervous system using concrete, easy-to-implement methods:

  • with breathing exercises

  • with the present movement

  • with deep relaxation

  • on imaginary journeys

In addition, you will receive small reflection tasks each week that support inner insight and your own process.

 

This course is suitable for you if you need a gentle change of pace, are tired from exercising, or want support in your recovery – especially if you feel like rest has been on the sidelines for a long time.

 

The course includes a downloadable e-booklet and electronic material (recordings, videos), which you can use for about 1.5 months after the training. This means you can return to the exercises whenever you need to.

Singing bowl courses – learn to play and heal with singing bowls

Do you want to learn how to use a singing bowl as part of your own well-being or to support others in your work?

In the basic course you will learn the basics of playing the singing bowl:
– how to choose your own bowl
– how to play the singing bowl
– how to use sound to calm yourself and recover

 

In the Singing Bowl Practitioner course, you will deepen your skills and learn to perform treatments for others. The course will cover topics such as balancing chakras, treatment techniques, and bowl placement.

 

Courses are organized in small groups on site in Ivalo and Sipoo, and as an online course at your own pace.

 

Come and learn what it feels like when sound is not just heard – but felt throughout the body.
